1. Unused and Unviewed Keys (Order Cancellations)

If you have purchased a digital software key but have not yet viewed, redeemed, or activated it, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. Defective or Non-Working Keys (The MorKeys Guarantee)

We guarantee that every product key we sell is 100% genuine and working. If you receive a defective key or experience an error during the activation process, you are fully protected.

  • Troubleshooting: You must contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. Our technicians will assist you in troubleshooting the activation error (this may require you to provide screenshots of the error code).

  • Replacement or Refund: If our support team determines that the product key is indeed defective and cannot be activated, we will immediately issue a replacement key. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns under the following conditions once the key has been delivered and viewed:

  • You purchased the wrong software version or edition (e.g., buying a Windows key for a Mac, or Windows 11 Home instead of Pro). Please verify system requirements before purchasing.

  • Your computer does not meet the minimum hardware requirements to run the software.

  • You changed your mind after the key has been viewed or activated.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

5. Refund Processing Time
  • Once a refund is approved by our support team, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
