If you have placed an order and have not received your product key within 15 minutes, please take the following steps:
Check your Spam or Junk folder: Email providers sometimes filter automated messages with digital keys into these folders.
Check your Promotions tab: If you are using Gmail, the email may have been routed there.
Verify your payment: Check your bank or PayPal account to ensure the transaction was successfully completed and not left in a “pending” state.
Contact us: If the payment cleared and you still cannot find the email, you may have made a typo when entering your email address at checkout. Contact us immediately so we can locate your order and resend the key.
